Fuel my addiction: Need artists like the Pilfers.

I just got the Pilfers S/T album yesterday and love it! I've already got their second album on order, but are there any other similar bands?

Also, where can you buy Coolie Ranx's music online?

Thanks!

Well, you could listen to the Toasters. Coolie Ranx played with them for awhile before forming Pilfers. Dub 56 is one album he's definitely on. But they're basically a ska band. Pilfers were really a unique fusion, I'd be surprised if you can find anything else even close. Coolie used to call their style "skungle," a mix of ska and jungle. His web site has links to his MySpace page and other stuff that might lead you somewhere. Man, this takes me back... Show no fear!

Hippos, Mustard Plug, Kingpins, Dropkick Murphys, Hepcat, Bim Skala Bim, Reel Big Fish, Fishbone are a good start for some awesome groups that play with ska/punk/rockabilly sounds.
