Recommendations for B&Bs in CO high country

Steamboat Springs, CO Filter: I want to plan a weekend getaway for my loving hubby and I to a bed and breakfast in or around Steamboat. We are total foodies and live for amazing breakfasts. I've done some preliminary research, but it's hard to tell from websites, etc. how the experience will really be. Can anyone recommend a bed and breakfast in the area where you had an incredible experience overall, but with the food in particular?

Technically, we are open to going else in the CO high country. So if you had an unforgettable experience in some other easy-to-get-to-from-Denver B&B, by all means, tell me all about it!

Thanks in advance!

Response by poster: That should read "open to going elsewhere in the CO high country." Sorry!

I can't give any specific details on places but you may want to consider Estes Park and Grand Lake. Both of those towns tend to have quite a few bed and breakfasts/cabins and are even closer than Steamboat.
