How do I get rid of static/noise when using American electronics with my TV in India?

How do I get rid of visual static/noise when using American electronics with my TV in India? Most notably, with my Nintendo Wii?

I have an Indian Panasonic Plasma TV connected to a US version of Nintendo Wii, an Apple TV, and an Indian DVD player, all going through an American component switcher (this one)

Without the component switcher, there is some visual interference. It's slight, but annoying. With the switcher, it's intense.

How do I get rid of this static? I use good wires, and my outlet strip is also of good quality. What else can I do to have a clear picture?

It may well be due to India using PAL and American electronics using NTSC. It could also be something to do with the difference in AC rate: 50hz in India (like the UK) and 60Hz in the US.

I don't know what the solution is, though. I'm in the UK and used an American PS2 and Gamecube frequently and never had any problems. Good luck!

Without the switcher, and disconnecting every wire except the necessary video and power cables, compare the picture from Wii to Panasonic with the picture from Wii to Apple TV. Any interference? Is either display clear? Also, which devices are three prong grounded, and which are two prong?
(looks like Wiis have an off board two prong power brick?!?!)

You can probably get rid of it by properly grounding/isolating the system.
