Help me with my history exam!

I need to know the answers to these questions for my history test.

I'm sort of on a time limit, here, so I'll probably just go with the fastest answers, since I don't really know which ones are best. Thanks in advance, askme!

P.S. - please no lectures about cheating or whatever. Stick to answering the questions, please. This is a history test, not an ethics test.

I'd suggest Google's new Custom Time to deal with the deadline so that you can find the answers for yourself.

Burhanistan, should I put that answer for question 5? I'm not sure which question you're answering.

5. is simply "The". They didn't need much to set them off giggling back in the 1700s.
