What do do in Green Bay WI?

Looking for things to do in or near Green Bay, WI. A friend is going for a conference and I am thinking of joining her for the (Memorial Day) weekend. We could potentially stay anywhere within a couple hours' drive. We are women in our late 20s, like nature, culture, and anything that would be a change of venue from our big-city lives.

Lambeau Field
Oneida Nation Museum
Heritage Hill State Park
National Railroad Museum
Neville Public Museum has a lot of interesting exhibits of the history of the area, and I'm looking forward to seeing The Traitor State: Wisconsin in WWI
Roadside America has lots more.
Food: there's lots of good things. For local history, try Chili John's (inventor of the oyster cracker!), Kroll's East, Maricque's (ZOMG THE FISH FRY)...

The John Michael Kohler Arts Center in not-too-far Sheboygan has interesting contemporary art.

There's a Houdini Museum in Appleton, about 45 minutes from Green Bay. It's right on East College Ave, you shouldn't be able to miss it.

And seconding the day trip to Door County. It's a nice leisurely drive with lots of cute shops all over the place.

You cannot go to Green Bay and not go to Lambeau Field. You will regret it. Every male you meet and tell that you were in GB will ask about Lambeau. I also pile on with the Door County suggestion. WHen I lived in CHicago, summers up in Door hiking and camping were terrific.
