Looking for screen recording and also voice on a mac.

I want to start showcasing free tutorials on my website. I'm on a mac, and is looking for a screen recorder with voice input (all in one).

Bonus:

1) if it can save as a flash video output so I can easily upload it to Youtube or anything else.

2) if I can put my website address in the recording or image.

3) if the software is less than $100, I will pay for quality software.

4) That I can switch between the screen and myself (build in iSight)

I recently started researching this myself. ScreenFlow seems pretty slick, though also check out iShowU. I've heard mixed reviews of Snapz Pro X, but it has the longest history of the bunch.

Film your screen separately from recording your script. Seriously. Practice filming the screen, lay down a couple of takes, then do some practice and takes of the voice-over with the best video. Your tutorial will be clearer, more organized, and more professional.

The Googlable term you're looking for is "screencasting."

How about one of these?

I have tried EVERY screen recorder on the PowerPC Mac, and Snapz Pro X won hands down. It was the only one that could record full screen at a decent frame rate and not max out the CPU. If you are on an Intel Mac, this might be a different story.

Snapz Pro is fantastic for capturing the screen but I don't think you can do the voice easily. I believe that is where Screenflow is supposed to be better. Another thing to consider is that you don't necessarily need Flash output: most of the websites, such as YouTube, Revver, Brightcove, etc. will do the Flash for you. You upload one of the regular formats (e.g. Quicktime) and they'll do the conversion for you.

Screenflow will do both, and also does some nifty tricks for doing callouts and editing the footage. It's really, really, excellent. Snapz Pro is better just for screencasts, but Screenflow is a better overall utility when you consider voice.

Screenflow is absolutely, utterly, totally, mindblowingly awesome. A perfect example of a single-task application that really shines by not trying to be all things to all people (i.e. iShowU--which is also awesome).
