What song is the bridge and refrain of "White" by Lights similar to?

What is the song from quite a few years ago that sounds similar to bridge and refrain from "White" by the artist, Lights (aka Valarie Poxleitner)?

The song can be heard in this Old Navy commercial and the bridge/refrain occurs at appx :49 to 1:13.

The song we are thinking of has a very similar melody from what we can remember, but is just as striking in its tempo and vocal style.

While everyone in our house remembers this older pop song and recognizes the similarity, nobody can remember any of the lyrics, title or artist.

Help before it drives us all nuts.

The "white white white" bit and the woman's voice remind me of I Love You Always Forever...?
