Where can I get a cheap manicure/pedicure in Center City Philadelphia?
I am temporarily working at 15th and Sansom in Philadelphia. I desperately need a manicure and a pedicure. Where's a good, clean place where I can get just a basic mani/pedi without spending a ton of money? Bonus points if they do brow waxing too.

Tip Top Nails on 11th street just north of Market.
It's completely no frills, but the service is fantastic and the manicures are excellent.
I went there yesterday, actually, and got a full set and an eyebrow wax for $26 total.
I think a mani/pedi is $25.
Truly my favorite place. But if you want something a bit closer to work, there are tons of cheap nail salons everywhere, and they are all pretty similar in quality. But Tip Top Nails is th best by far.
