What cms should I use to host local band press kits?

I want to create a site for bands in my area to post their info, show upcoming gigs, put up a photo or two, and upload one or two mp3s to stream... something dead easy and bare bones, like The Seattle Stranger's Bands Page. ...What should I use?

I've been looking for a cms that can do this for a while now, but I haven't turned up anything I like. Audition is the closest I've come, but it seems to handle only one band. Others get too fancy with social networking doo-dads.

umundo.com seems to be an easy way to upload and manage content for bands. I think they do 50Cent's site.
