Firefox extension to change page style?

Is there a firefox extension or plugin that will allow me to change page style? I know I can select page style/no style; but what I'd really like to do is temporarily tone down a stark, white page background.

The plugin FireBug allows you to edit CSS styles in real time. Great for developers, or just to "tone down" an obnoxious page! :-)

Platypus + Greasemonkey:
Platypus is a Firefox extension which lets you modify a Web page from your browser -- "What You See Is What You Get" -- and then save those changes as a Greasemonkey script so that they'll be repeated the next time you visit the page. Editing pages to suit your needs is dandy -- but making those changes "permanent" is the real payoff.

If you're on OS X, you can hit CONTROL-OPTION-COMMAND-8 to invert the colours. So a stark white background becomes a soothing dark background. (See the "Universal Access" control panel for more options.)
