Teach Me Excel

I'm looking for a good, but very basic Excel tutorial. I'm somewhat familar with computers at large, but suddenly faced with an office productivity application my eyes are rolling up in my head and I'm drooling liberally.

I've seen a few tutorials on the web, but they seem to require some familarity with spreedsheets and other office applications. I need something that is a total introduction, written with small distracted children or particularly dumb monkeys in mind.

What I'm trying to do is make a chart that compares two data sets that displays numerical units on one axis and the year on the other.

The tutorials at about.com are the ones my mother learned from, and she practically defines distracted.

I used this one to learn Excel. I was familiar with Excel before, but I believe this one to be pretty simple.
