Where is the best Montreal strip club to take women?

My gal, and some friends of hers, are working on an art piece set in a strip club. She's never been before and I've never been to any in Montreal. So tomorrow night, myself and a couple of her friends are going to try and have some fun. For research.

Where is the best women-friendly place we should go? We're both pretty open sex-friendly folks, and but would prefer something a little less on the scuzzy side.

(I looked at the old Montreal threads, but there's nothing about women-friendly places)

Zadcat mentioned at the recent local meetup that the Montreal community on Live Journal is really helpful for asking local questions. It would just take a moment to sign up for an LJ account to join that community if you don't already. I looked at their tag list and didn't see anything relevant under "adult entertainment" yet, so it's worth asking.

(Oh, and I should say, I've been to Chez Parée, but I don't really know if it qualifies as "woman-friendly". I didn't feel gross or unwelcome... what are the criteria?)

I think the criteria are pretty much that - that they don't feel gross or unwelcome. I know in Vancouver there seemed to more women going, so I wasn't sure if this was also happening in Montreal and if so, where the most friendly places were.

Here's a thread Google found... Wanda's is quite well known, as is Super Sexe, but I think both are kind of tourist attractions. Also note the contact/non-contact club distinction. I'm afraid that's all I can do for you as I've only been to the one.

Chez Paree

That is the ones my parents always go to and they aren't weird swingers in any way.

Enjoy the Montreal strip clubs are the best in the world (well of all the places I've been including amsterdam)

I was going to suggest the establishment that hosts Dr. Sketchy in Montreal, (a burlesque life-drawing session idea that' apparently been popping up here and there), but they appear to have ended up in a seedy, seamy place called "The Mainline Theatre".

Kama Sutra is a pretty relaxed place, no problem with girls and they usually feel pretty comfortable there.... It's on St. Dominique corner Prince Arthur.

Super Sexe has a free lunch buffet during the week, but is kind of gross in general.

Somehow, I have heard that feminine presence is frequent and welcomed at Wanda's.
