Adobe's stats on Flash Player Penetration

As I understood the stats, wouldn't it be 4.3%?

not quite sure how the versioning works (particularly how 9.0 compares to 9.0rX), but averaging a couple of sites I can view Analytics for:

9.0 is 45%
9.0r115 is 30%
9.0r47 is 10%
9.0r45 is 3%
8.0r22 is 3%
9.0r28 is 2%
9.048 is 2%

If I'm interpreting correctly, which is by no means guaranteed, the percentage of people with older versions must be less than 4.3%, because the 4.3% figure includes both people with older versions and people who don't have Flash installed at all.

My Google Analytics stats (with a sampling of 100,000 visits yesterday) show almost exactly the same numbers as gregjones. So I'd say that's pretty accurate.

metachat.org top 10...
(probably equivalant to metafilter.com percentages)
===============
9.0 r115 - 28.69%
9.0 - 26.49%
9.0 r47 - 14.24%
9.0 r28 - 11.10%
9.0 r16 - 6.81%
9.0 r45 - 5.48%
(not set) - 2.57%
9.0 r20 - 1.02%
8.0 - 0.69%
8.0 r22 - 0.65%

Slightly different to helios, but we get a fraction of that traffic so I'd go with helios.
