YouTube Multi-Upload Tool?

Has anyone used the Multi-Video Upload Tool to upload their video to YouTube? It's been over 24 hours since I uploaded a 200mb video and it has yet to show up in My Videos. On the upload tool it mentions "It may take 30 minutes or more for extremely large files to appear on your My Videos page." While 200mb Is big, I didn't think quite counted as "extremely large" considering they allow videos up to 1gb now. And of course any and all emails to YouTube have gone unanswered, which I hear is the common response to tech support questions. When I uploaded the same video to Google Videos it went online almost instantly. So, how have other people's experience with the Multi-Upload Tool fared?

Is your video longer than 10 minutes? If you haven't paid the $$$ to become a YT "Director", it won't upload no matter what.

It's just short of 8 minutes.
