Replace oil pressure switch in motorcycle?

Where to find a replacement oil pressure switch for 1980 Kawasaki KZ440 LTD?

Does anyone know a source for the oil pressure switch for this bike?

Are oil pressure switches interchangable across the KZ400/440 family?

What other Japanese bikes, Kawa or otherwise, have an oil pressure switch which fits this bike?

Are there any motorcycle salvage yards around Atlanta?

A quick Google shows up potential sources of information here, here and here. If no experts show up here, I bet you'd get an answer pretty quickly on any of those sites.

I have an 82 kz440 and a 82 kz750. After a previous question from me send me to advrider, they referred me to z1enterprizes, who seems to have literally everything for my bike. Additionally, a Kawa licensed shop will be able to order the part for you, but you will pay out the nose.

I had already checked z1, and while I have never heard of the Yahoo KZ groups, I am a member of the two most active KZ owners forums and have read every bit of Odd Ivar Bekkelund's kz400.com. (It really is indispensible and he will be missed sorely.)

I found the switch at babbitsonline.com, and it appears it is stilled manufactured by Kawasaki, contrary to what numerous folks have told me. So I will likely order it through the stealership Tuesday. (Motorcycle shops keep barber's hours.)

Also, the switch used in kz400/440's would appear to be interchangable with kz750s from 1976-1980.

Looks like BikeBandit has it for $11.16 plus shipping

No, I have already checked bikebandit.com. Bike Bandit's part number is 573138-001, and it is not in stock. I need the switch, not the bolt.

Thanks though.
