Remote desktop server ITZ on a Mac

I have recently switched from a mac to a pc and am running ITX desktop server. It runs fine, but the remote desktop window is really small and I can't expand it or maximize it. I have tried to play around with resolutions but it doesnt work, is there anything I can do?

What is "ITZ" or "ITX" desktop server? Are you using the built in MSTSC remote desktop client?
