Help me code an ASP-driven E-Postcard form?

I'm trying to set up a "Send an E-postcard" form, in ASP, on a website, with functionality pretty much identical to this page here. I'm not programmer but I can weave my way around some ASP. Any ideas on how to start with this?

Yes. Hire a contractor. Not to be snarky, but DIY e-mail forms when you don't know what you're doing are a really quick way to become a spam source.
