Help find this dingbat baby

To what dingbat font does this baby belong?
I've checked my dingbat archives and some free font websites, but can't seem to find it. Do you know what is the font that this baby belongs to?
Even better, happen to have it in vector and are willing to e-mail it to me? ;-)

It looks a little too detailed to be a dingbat. Not that it couldn't be done, but IMO probably wouldn't.

And can't you vectorize it yourself? With a two-color image like that you wouldn't need to futz with it much at all.

Definitely not a dingbat font.

Oh WTF. Apparently VectorMagic has left Stanford and is now a pay service. Lame.

Best answer: It's from a set called "Children" by Helen Duggan. I couldn't find anywhere it's still available, but here's a link with a picture of it.
