What is the cheapest, fastest, way to get as many 21 Jump Street DVDs as possible? One (major) caveat --- I'm in northern Thailand.

What about having someone else download them for you, and then burn them to DVDs and mail them to you?

Much like the projects I have worked on, you will may have to sacrifice one of the three requirements you list. You can have them fast and cheap but only a few. You can have alot of them for cheap but you will have to wait. You catch my drift and may have to choose which 2 are most important.

Have you tried asking for them at your local pirated DVD vendor? I'm not saying that they have them now, but I've found that if people start asking for stuff like that, particularly the western expats, the vendors start to realize a market exists and they quickly get the stuff.

Of course CDM is pretty much right on the money there though.

Your local pirated DVD vendor, also probably has a cousin/brother/uncle in BKK who *does* have some fat pipe and bittorrent. So I'd definitely make a request (written if at all possible) to your local market guy and let him know that there's a tip in it for him. I'm not saying that they'll dispatch a bad ass on a motorcycle to bring you your DVDs, but I'm sure there's a way you can make it a bit more worth their while to trek out to wherever you are.
