Lost Bud Jamison short?

Any film historians out there? I am trying to frind the name, and possibly a copy of an old two-reel comedy starring Three Stooges co-hort Bud Jamison
I have looked through IMDB and all the usual suspects, and can't dig up anything.
I believe the title was "How Comedies are Made." The plot was essentially this group of guys decide to write a movie, but keep deciding to have another beer instead. For example - "hey Im stumped on this dialogue....well...how about another beer then?" sort of thing.
I want to believe it came out right after Prohibition was repealed, but I'm not sure.
