Why is everyone so horny?

LocalInterestFilter...for the last 20 minutes, there's been a lot of excited yelling and car-horn-honking in downtown Vancouver (Canada) What's everyone so excited about? The news tells me nothing...Are they Kosovans, psyched about independence? Did we just win something? Should I be yelling too?

I don't know what it is, but I saw in central London today dozens of people waving red flags with a black eagle while making a lot of noise.

Thanks for this question. I saw a SUV with that flag hanging out the window driving through Stanley Park on Sunday and I was similarly perplexed.
