Can someone please tell me where I can find a super, super ridiculously cheap supermarket (e.g Liddell, Netto, Aldi, Leader Price, etc.) in Barcelona?

Looks like there are numerous Lidl (not Liddell) stores in the Barcelona area. You could try using the store search here. Some example search results using the 08001 código postal as a starting point:

C/ Casanova, 77-79
08011 Barcelona/Eixample

Cl/ Minería, 51
08004 Barcelona

C/ Entença, 113
08015 Barcelona/Eixample esquerre

C/ Pujades, 15-17
08018 Barcelona/Sant Martí

Gran Vía, nº 721
08013 Barcelona

In terms of price/quality order of the common Barcelona chain supermarkets:

Dia, Condis, Mercadona, Consum, Caprabo, El Corte Ingles (food hall and OpenCor)...

Google Maps for Dia (for instance): http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=dia+supermercado,+barcelona&ie=UTF8&ll=41.387917,2.169919&spn=0.035481,0.066347&t=h&z=14

I don't know where you are from but compared to the US, all Spanish groceries are ridiculously cheap. My personal favorite was Eroski which is very reasonably priced and with good stock. It was much better than Dia for the same price. El Corte Ingles is obviously the most expensive although you can find some things you may not be able to find elsewhere. Their quality is not the best as benzo8 suggests. For perishables go to the nearest public mercado rather than get it at a supermarket. Lidl is the cheapest but quality of food is awful. Not worth it IMHO when you could spend a little bit more for good quality. Some places will charge you for bags too so beware the bargain stores.
