Question: Mmm ... applied chemistry ... *drool* ...

Is there a way to obtain DVD's of Heston Blumenthal's Kitchen Chemistry show?

I'd love to be able to try some of the techniques he uses on the show with full use of the pause button. I've googled, to no avail, and wanted to probe the resources of the hive mind to see if there are any suggestions out there.

A search via utorrent.com yields both series. Neither of the two series seems to be avalable on DVD.

Given the opportunity, I'd prefer to purchase them (payment for services rendered, and all that jazz), but if they've not been made available, then I don't think I'm above downloading. Thanks for the pointers ...
