French Film from early Nineties

There was a French film out in the early 90's that was about a Jewish doctor in Paris who decided to collaborate with the Nazi occupiers. Any help as to what this could be?

The title was something like Dr. Pierrot or something like that.

Docteur Petiot? (Found via searching "docteur" on IMDB). I've never heard of it, but it looks fascinating.
