Who is married to Devendra Banhart? I swear I heard he was married, but now I can't find out to whom. Help ease my mind.
He's married, but not to anyone famous (I don't think).

He mentions his wife ("I basically steal whatever I can from my mom and my wife.") in this interview, but she isn't named.

The album is informed by what Banhart describes as 'the worst year of my life'. In short, a girl broke his heart. 'I was going to get married, the whole thing,' he says. 'I had to go to a psychiatrist for the first time. And so, those songs came out.'
He does indicate toward the end of the interview that he has a girlfriend.

Best answer: The girlfriend in question is/was Bianca Casady, relatively famous in some circles as one half of Cocorosie.
One thing to bear in mind when reading about Banhart is that he tends to liven up some of his interviews with made-up information...
