Keeping Firefox (or Internet Explorer) "always on top".

So, I like to watch Hulu.com videos while I work, but I've yet to find way (or free extension) to allow me to keep a Firefox or Internet Explorer window always-on-top while I work.

Any suggestions?

PowerMenu has worked well for me for 2 or 3 years.

Winroll works well for me.
