Search Highlight on Firefox

How to get Safari's search features onto Firefox (or Word)?
When I hit ([apple] + F) in safari and search for a word, all of the text on the screen becomes a shade of grey, except for the searched-for keyword, which is SIMULTANEOUSLY highlighted at every instance where it appears in the document. If I'm looking at 800 words and searching for "gold," the background will become light grey, and every instance of the word "gold" will shimmer on the screen.
How can I get this on Firefox?
