Favorite health and fitness YouTube video?

What are your favorite health/fitness/nutrition-related YouTube videos?

Ideally, I'd like the videos to be on YouTube and not one of the other user-generated video services, but it's not a deal-breaker.
Thank you.

Best answer: I'd say just do a search for "cross fit" on youtube and scan what you find. It's the latest sort of semi-rage in fitness where you build up your core muscles by doing odd exercises. I always find something new and interesting to try from the results.

Best answer: CameronC what sort of videos are you looking for? Exercise demos? Workout demos? Strongman feats? Lectures on exercise physiology? Lectures on nutrition? Inspirational videos?

Here is a fantastic set of exercise demos (hard to navigate):

Go to the "Combat Fitness Program" section
Then click on the "Exercise" section
Then choose any exercise and click either the male or female figure.

Also, on the right near the bottom of the page there is an icon that says "whiteboard presentations," which includes a good presentation on warming up.

A caveat on crossfit:

The purpose of crossfit is "General Physical Preparedness". This basically means branching out and doing all kinds of stuff for the sake of being physically prepared for anything.

To be prepared "in general" is a very specific goal and demands training in a very particular (and eclectic) way.

The fact that it's generally inconsistent in training any one thing means it's not as conducive to say, aesthetic appearance, fat burning, strength, power, or muscle growth, as other programs specifically aimed at those goals. The goals I just listed are better attained through very consistent, calculated training, and not crossfit's anything-and-everything methodology.

It doesn't suck. Just make sure you know what you're getting into before you assume it'll get you ripped/thin/etc.
