Question: UK-Canada transhipment

Recommendation for a company that will receive an eBay package in the UK and ship it to me in Canada?

I'd like to buy an item from an eBay seller that will only ship to the UK IE: locally. The item will be a fairly small box, they are only charging £2.50 for Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and the item is currently going for £8.50. Google returns thousands of hits most of which are for people wanting permanent forwarding.

I just need the one item but I don't want it to disappear into the ether or cost me $100 in handling fees either.
