		<title>Question: Gymboree</title>

		<description>What are some of your favorite and most creative exercises?  I am looking for fun and effective things to mix up my routine.  Stuff that will make the guy next to me say &apos;What the f*** is that?&apos;  Stuff like &apos;&lt;a href=&apos;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lstv1mOqNaw&apos;&gt;Wall Balls&lt;/a&gt;&apos;, &apos;&lt;a href=&apos;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_Dq_NCzj8M&apos;&gt;Jumping Burpees&lt;/a&gt;&apos;, and &apos;&lt;a href=&apos;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TfjmxeUsIs&amp;feature=related&apos;&gt;Double-Unders&lt;/a&gt;&apos;.   Honestly I just like to mix it up to prevent boredom.    I have already seen all the exercises on the &lt;a href=&apos;http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/excercise.html&apos;&gt;CrossFit&lt;/a&gt; website.  Extra points if it involves props like medicine balls and tires.   </description>
