What are some of your favorite and most creative exercises? I am looking for fun and effective things to mix up my routine. Stuff that will make the guy next to me say 'What the f*** is that?' Stuff like 'Wall Balls', 'Jumping Burpees', and 'Double-Unders'. Honestly I just like to mix it up to prevent boredom. I have already seen all the exercises on the CrossFit website. Extra points if it involves props like medicine balls and tires.

You can also add pushups to that last thing, obviously. And I've seen this but never tried it.

If you can work up to doing planche pushups and you're not in a gym full of gymnasts, everyone around you will pretty much flip out.

Farmer's walk, if there's enough space.
