Forgotten the name of a line of t-shirts

Can anyone remind me of the name of a line of t-shirts? I think they are all designed by one woman. The only one I know of has a fairly simple drawing of a child (girl?) clutching a teddy-bear.

Thanks for the responses, but it's not either of those. I remember a navy or black t-shirt, and the girl clutching the teddy-bear is framed by a shakily-drawn rectangle.
