How can I easily create a .pdf photo book? (More inside)

I would like to create a .pdf photobook of .TIFF images using PhotoShop, freeware, or some other method. Is there an easy way to do this? It seems like there should be, but I haven't been able to find any straightforward instructions. I am not a PhotoShop wizard. I use PhotoShop strictly for digital photo-processing. Just to be clear, I know there are services out there for creating and publishing books, such as iPhoto, but this is something I would like to do for myself. One last related question. If I do eventually print a book, would it be of the highest quality?

Response by poster: Will that work across several open files?

yes.

it'll prompt a window that will let you browse for what you want to put in the pdf.

also, printing from a pdf won't get you the highest quality. print straight from the tiffs at full resolution.
