Cell phones or headsets that sit on the fingers and mimic the 'talking on the phone' hand signal?

There exist cell phones (or plug-in headsets, maybe) that you put on your hand and use just by making the international "talking on the phone" sign. When I asked a friend who's been to Japan about them today, he said he'd seen them on the streets several times, and not just by children or the like. What're they called?
