How can you check what a DVD's region code is set to?

Is there a piece of software or anything that will tell you what the region code setting is set to on a DVD?

Try dvd decrypter or (possibly) DVD Identifier...

On MPAA released DVDs, they usually have a number in a square with rounded-off corners on the surface.
