Notable notary?

TorontoFavourFilter: Notary Public needed.

So, I need some papers signed on behalf of my boss. Nothing life-threatening, but does need a notary. They'd already been signed & submitted, but there was a large screwup (thank you, ServiceOntario), and the whole thing needs to be done again. She's losing her mind enough over that, and is likely going to lose it even more over having to pay for the notarization all over again.

So.. I'm looking for a Toronto Mefite (or friend of a Toronto Mefite) who is a Notary Public who would be willing to come (to North York, easily TTC & driving accessible) notarize the documents for the price of lunch. Anyone?

This post was deleted for the following reason: this is not what askme is for. looks like you're set, but take stuff like this to jobs or MeTa. -- jessamyn

IAAL - can't get out to you, but f you want to come to me, I'd be happy to notarize it for you. I'm at King and Bay. Only problem is, while I don't know what your docs are, my guess is they would have to be signed in front of me, which may not make sense. No need for lunch.

I'll MeFi mail you with some additional details...if you choose to use them.

Just something to check, my bank does notarizing for free as long as you are a member.
