Where can I find recordings of Vietnamese lullabies? Preferable in downloadable format.

eMusic has a good selection:

The Music of Vietnam, Vol. 1 by Dang Xuan Khai
Music of Vietnam on Smithsonian Folkways
Berceuses du Monde (Lullabies of the World) on Playasound

They have tons of other Vietnamese records, but the titles don't offer any inherent clue as to the content. If you know of some Vietnamese lullabies by title, you could find those specifically, no doubt.

Upon Googling the term "Hát Ru" ("Lullabies" in Vietnamese) and then going back to eMusic, I turned up one more disc.

There's a freebie mp3 of the lullaby "Ru Con Nam Bo" by Tieng Hat Que Huong here. (Note: I haven't vetted it for authenticity or quality...)
