I'm looking for multisubject howto info: deeper than eHow, less crafty than Instructables, more detailed than videojug, that isn't dead like SoYouWanna. Any single field's resources are fine too, so long as they are on the net. Thanks.

I bookmarked it a little while ago, but I haven't really parsed it for good sites yet. I've mainly tried the ones you've mentioned....

I'm not sure if it meets all of your requirements, but wikiHow is another how-to site. It's an offshoot of eHow that's more community-driven.
