A nice place in PR for a toddler

I'm looking for a cheap hotel any place between San Juan and Fajardo
Specifically, I want to find a fun place for a two year old. Last time we stayed at the
Fajaro Inn, and we loved it. They had a terrific shallow pool for young kids, BUT it is on a steep hill and walking from the pool to our room was a major workout. This time we're bringing grandma, so the hill is best to be avoided. Any ideas?
