Who is the woman in this red band Walk Hard clip? She's wearing blue and says "Come on Dewey, join the party" about 17 seconds in. IMDB didn't turn up anything.

I love that scene and Tim Meadows is absolutely brilliant in it. I've probably watched it about 10 times.
