Can anyone recommend something which will monitor web pages and then post changes into an RSS feed?

Can anyone recommend something which will monitor web pages and then post changes into an RSS feed. I've tried using things like MyRSS but they don't seem to work very well on pages were the content is non-linear. A Google search offers some results but it would be lovely to know about the good ones.

Great question. I manually monitor a few sites but would love to have an RSS feed to track changes.

Yes, when I said that Google offered some results they were mostly items of the MyRSS variety -- I've a feeling that this kind of thing might not exist ... yet ...
