Where can I find old Japan Rail maps? I saw hand-painted bird's eye perspective JR maps like this at the Tokyo Hands department store while traveling, but don't have the language skills to navigate their website. posted by ioesf to shopping (2 comments total)

I don't think you can order the book from their site without living in Japan.

the maps weren't actually in a book. they were sold individually, in small poster size, perhaps 15" x 30". perhaps there is another source than tokyo hands, too... posted by ioesf at 5:13 PM on December 17, 2007
