		<title>Question: Olive Garden Artichoke Dip - but I need bread!!</title>

		<description>I&apos;ve made some artichoke-spinach dip and I&apos;d really love to serve it with bread like the olive garden&apos;s!   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Here&apos;s the deal.. I&apos;ve made the artichoke dip, and it tastes great, but I need some good bread with it.  The olive garden uses a dense bread with a wonderfully seasoned crust.&lt;br&gt;

But what I have is a loaf of french bread and lots of spices!  I&apos;m completely iced in until at least Wednesday and would love to hear any suggestions on preparing the french bread so that it tastes similar to Olive Garden&apos;s excellent crostatta type bread.  Thanks!!</description>

		<description>Alright, I have never been to an olive garden, but I will give you a suggestion based on the assumption that you have a broiler and know how to use it.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Cut your french bread on a bias to get a nice surface area &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Using a cooking brush, lightly paint slices with a good olive oil and lightly salt, and put on whatever dry herbs you want (less is more in this case).&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and place under your broiler, keep an eye on them!, once they start to brown take out the sheet and flip them over (you remembered to get both sides right?)  this should take no more then a minute or so a side.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
remove from the oven, and take a clove of garlic and rub it against the still hot bread, it should basically melt onto there, lightly pepper and enjoy (do the garlic all at once as the bread it still hot, if the bread isnt hot it wont work).&lt;br&gt;

Like I said, I dont know how it is done at Olive Garden, but this ought to be pretty good.</description>
