What is the largest live crowd to ever witness a couple having sex?

I know there are plenty of sex clubs with nightly live performances, and I recall this 2004 story (NSFW), but it doesn't discuss the number of people in the crowd. I'm not planning to attempt a world record or anything, just curious who holds the title. For example, anyone ever engage in the act on the field at halftime during the Superbowl (and Janet Jackson's breast doesn't count), etc.?

There was a whole thing about people having sex at Skydome here in Toronto when it first opened. There's a hotel in it that has windows which face the field.

The stadium's inward-looking hotel rooms have regular two-way windows, yielding instances of what some could consider indecent exposure. When SkyDome first opened, a couple engaging in sexual intercourse was televised on the scoreboard Jumbotron during a baseball game. Days later, a man was caught masturbating during a game in full view of the packed stands. The man, later tracked down by a Sports Illustrated reporter, calmly said, "I thought they were one-way windows." Patrons now have to sign contracts stipulating that they will not perform any lewd acts within view of the stadium.
Don't know if any records were broken, though.

Really? Man, I love Canada. That's got to be the record right there. I'm sure a little research could unearth the date of that event and the official attendance for the Jays game that day. I'm at work, so it won't be my research, but maybe the AskMe Mystery Machine will kick into gear.

Did the crowd have to be paying attention? Because Woodstock or similar events certainly have their share of people having sex in a large crowd.

Nero (or was it Caligula?) had sex in the Colosseum in Rome. You can probably find references in Tacitus or Suetonius.

I was at that baseball game! I had binoculars! Everyone definitely saw, the players on the field were pointing up to the hotel window.

The thing that amazes me about Toronto is -- is it really that expensive to tint windows? Seriously?

effugas: I think the point of the two-way windows was that the hotel (and its occupants) could be seen (and shown) watching the game from such a unique vantage point, thereby promoting the hotel itself as a business and/or gimick.
