There and Back Again: An RSS Tale Leopard Mail -> Google Reader

I switched to Leopard and decided to try out the RSS feed reader in Apple Mail... not quite working out for me. How can I go back to Google Reader? I've added an additional 40 feeds or so in that time period, and I can't even figure out how to *view* the RSS URL in Apple Mail. Can I export from Apple Mail? How can I view the RSS URL? Help! Thank you much.

Response by poster: I just archived the RSS feed, and inside of the 'mbox' file I found the RSS URL. I still have to cut/paste a lot of text, however.

once you have all the urls, you could build an OPML file and import that to google

That's right. The feature you're looking for is OPML export.
