What is this type of shirt style called?

Clothing filter. Looking for help in finding a particular style of mens dress shirts

I have no idea what these are called, but they are long-sleeved dress shirts, and when you roll the sleeves up there is a small tab that attaches to a small button on the sleeve itself (above the elbow) to keep the rolled up sleeves in place in a nice tight fashion. Anyone have any idea WTH I am talking about? This would be a Christmas present for a family member so I hope someone can help.

Also in the same filter anyone know of a good online store where you can buy classic-style Ben Sherman shirts (button down collar, pleated backs, etc) relatively inexpensively?

I've always called those shirts "explorer shirts". They're hella comfortable - shirts with that styling usually come with a lot of venting and lots of other handy features (hidden pockets, double-fold-up collars to protect your neck from sun, etc.) REI makes one, but I've always figured the original, as it were, is Ex Officio. The REI online store has both.

Warning: they're not cheap.

I just bought a dress shirt like that from Original Penguin but can't seem to find it on their site.

PenguinClothing.com looks like they may have it - and they call it a roll up shirt. Sorry again I can't be sure b/c that site is not letting me view the shirt (taking forever to load).

They're called roll-up sleeves with tabs or roll-up sleeves with button tabs. It doesn't exactly roll trippingly off the tongue, does it? Here's an example of one.
