Is it possible to use Windows movie maker to create
Video CD so that i can play it on my VCD player ?
I am able to use it to create wmv files from my
camcorder MiniDV tape.

From what I can tell, Windows Movie Maker does not allow you to make VCDs. It can do it with some third-party help, however. Try here. posted by Soup at 1:29 PM on November 30, 2007
