How do I import a draft class with real names into Madden 2007 on the Xbox 360?

I enjoy managing franchises in the Madden series of football games, but it just isn't the same without draft classes containing real college players. I used to import classes on the PS2, but what are the consequences of doing this with the 360? What are the methods (legitimate or unsupported)?

Unfortunately, I meant Madden 2008.
