Producing DVDs in New York

I'm in Brazil and I need produce 3,000 copies of a educational DVD to be distributed/sold at an exhibition in New York. We would provide the master DVD and cover art and we need the 3,000 copies burned, packaged and delivered to a New York address by the beginning of April 2008. My guess is that it would be cheaper to have it done locally (in or near New York) but at this moment it is only a guess. Which companies would you recommend for this sort of job and what kind of prices and deadlines I should expect?

There was an old co-worker of mine who worked for a company called http://ballmedia.com. They are based out of a Canadian location called Brantford Ontario as far as i can recall. Which this location is basically a hop across the border from NY you could look into them, the guy seemed like a pretty nice person and the company seems relatively small so a smaller job like this would probably be pretty inexpensive.

Video Transfer (in Boston, but can burn, package, ship to nyc). Extremely professional, highly recommended. Saved my freelancer clientele with similar needs more than once.

I've been happy with SF Video. Pricing and more info on their site.
