Where can I purchase plus-size cute bra and panty sets?

Every year the ongoing tradition among our group of friends is to purchase some sort of lingerie for each other. I'm trying to purchase something cute, playful, and feminine for my friend Jamie- the problem is, she's only about a C cup but is a shirt size 26/28ish.

I'm looking for a US-based (or internationally shipping) website where I can buy sets- push-up bras she's mentioned wanting one before), bright colours, and boy-shorts are a plus. Thanks in advance guys!
